Another holiday season has begun, and we’re thrilled to announce that Santa chats are back! Vendasta hosted visits with families last year, and in a couple weeks, Santa will reappear!

The big man is as generous as ever. While calling in from the North Pole, Santa and his elf are volunteering their time, putting all funds to United Way Saskatoon. Simply make a donation, and your kids will get a 10-minute conversation with Santa! Our goal is to help the community thrive. With the gift of giving back, we’ll keep the Christmas spirit alive!

WHERE CAN I SEE SANTA'S SCHEDULE?

Once you’ve donated to the campaign, Santa’s elves will send you an email within 24 hours, and you can choose a time that’s convenient for you and your family. He’s typically available weeknights after dinner with Mrs. Claus, with appointments available between 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. CST. Santa’s visits start Dec. 1 and runs until Dec. 8.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED FOR OUR VISIT?

Vendasta is booking all appointments through Google Hangout because it’s so easy to use! Once you’ve scheduled your time through the link in the booking email, test the Google Hangout link in your appointment confirmation to make sure the software works on your device. Android and IOS devices may prompt you to download Google Hangout for free. By visiting the link before your meeting, you will be able to ensure the software, your microphone, and your camera are working. Don’t worry: Your meeting code is unique and only you and Santa have it.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR OUR VISIT?

Your Santa visit should take place in a well-lit, quiet room. The earlier you arrive at the virtual meeting, the more time he can spend with you and your family. Also, Santa likes it when parents are on hand to support their children and alert them when time is running out.

I'VE ALREADY DONATED, AND CAN'T FIND A SUITABLE TIME/CAN'T MAKE THE TIME I BOOKED. WHAT NOW?

December is a busy month for everyone! If you donated money and you can’t find a suitable booking time or you need to cancel/change your booking time, use the contact form below. Cancellations with full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
